Movies From The Heart s.r.o., having its registered office at Školská 660/3, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, CRN 23564334, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 33122 (“Movies From The Heart s.r.o.”), protects all processed personal data as strictly confidential and handles them in compliance with the applicable legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.

Movies From The Heart s.r.o. is, for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), the data controller of your personal data, i.e. it collects, retains and uses (or otherwise processes) your personal data for the exercise of its business activities (the individual purposes for which personal data are processed are defined in more detail below), primarily consisting of the sale of online courses and other personal development products.

These Principles of personal data processing apply to (i) the processing of personal data performed by Movies From The Heart s.r.o. during your use of the websites www.motherpower.world (“Websites”), (ii) the processing of personal data performed by Movies From The Heart s.r.o. during communication with you by email or telephone, (iii) the processing of personal data during the term of a business relationship with clients and suppliers, (iv) the processing of personal data when fulfilling the compliance with legal obligations of Movies From The Heart s.r.o., and (v) the processing of personal data that is necessary for the purposes of the protection of the legitimate interest of Movies From The Heart s.r.o.

* Movies From The Heart s.r.o. is authorized to process your email address pursuant to Section 7 paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services and on the amendment of certain laws (the law on Certain Information Society Services) for the purpose of distributing commercial communications regarding its own services and products (e.g. in the form of an informational newsletter or newsletter) in the event that you have not refused such sending.
 
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

The data subject has, in connection with the processing of personal data, rights that arise from legal regulations and that can be exercised at any time. These include the right (i) of access to personal data, (ii) the correction of inaccurate and completion of incomplete personal data, (iii) the erasure of personal data if the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if it is found that they were processed unlawfully, (iv) the restriction of processing of personal data, (v) data portability, (vi) the right to raise an objection, after which the processing of personal data will be terminated unless it is demonstrated that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests or rights and freedoms of the data subject, especially if the reason is the potential enforcement of legal claims, and ((vii) the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.

  • Right of access to personal data: If you want to know whether Movies From The Heart s.r.o. processes personal data, you have the right to obtain information about whether your personal data are being processed, and if so, you also have the right to obtain access to your personal data. In the case of unreasonable, excessive, or repeated requests, Movies From The Heart s.r.o. is entitled to charge a reasonable fee for the copy of the personal data provided or to refuse the request (the same applies similarly to the exercise of the rights listed below).
  • Right to correction of inaccurate and completion of incomplete personal data: If you feel that Movies From The Heart s.r.o. processes inaccurate or incomplete personal data about you, you have the right to request their correction and completion. Movies From The Heart s.r.o. will make the correction or completion of the data without undue delay, always with regard to technical possibilities.
